Cento Torce SRL offers professional art historical services from a  leading expert in Central Italian Renaissance Art, Dr Tom Henry, Emeritus Professor at the University of Kent in Canterbury.   Tom’s career has included curating major international exhibitions on Raphael as well as research and writing on other Central Italian Renaissance artists, such as Luca Signorelli, Perugino, Pintoricchio and Michelangelo.  The name “Cento Torce”  was inspired by accounts of Raphael’s funeral, when the artist’s body was carried to his tomb in the Pantheon, accompanied by  a procession of artists carrying 100 torches.
